No Show Policy. All same day no shows are charged full amount per EACH service.
All appointments/reservations require a 24-hour cancellation notice. We will charge $35 (per person per service) for any cancellations not received within a 24-hour notice. Appointments can be cancelled during spa hours from 11 AM TO 8 PM. Voice mail messages and emails are not accepted for cancelling appointments. Please call (212) 967-6609 or (646) 476-6609.
Appointment required for all visits.
A credit card or voucher number/online receipt (email) is required for all visits and appointments. In cases that you may want to reschedule your appointment, we will need to charge a $25 (per person each service) service fee.
Gratuities are not included:
Gratuities are typically 15-20% of the retail price of the service. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based upon your satisfaction.
Tax on services and products are additional.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment:
This will provide adequate time to fill out your form, change and get ready for your treatment. Arriving late for your appointment will regrettably deprive you of your treatment time. To avoid delaying the next client, your treatment will end on time, regardless of how late it began.

Services purchased during Tuesday/Wednesday promotions must be used on a Tuesday or a Wednesday.
No children or any one younger than 16 years of age are allowed in the spa.
